We think that online training and face-to-face meetings compliment each other, that they both have a place in the market.  There is a lot of debate as to whether in the future online learning will replace the human experience.  Perhaps it is just weighing up the networking and interaction available in face-to-face seminars versus the ease and versatility of being able to work at your own pace, without the need to take time out of the office.

Perhaps it depends on the type of training….what do you think?
